Doug Dachille offered his usual scintillating opinions on the mess caused by Freddie and Fannie this morning on CNBC. Interestingly, as I've written in prior years, Dachille and others eventually got around to the solution of investment banks holding some of the instruments they create, thus betting their own capital.
